"Rap was the first personal trainer I've ever used. I used to work out growing up but fell off the wagon after college when the real world hit. My brother was getting married and I wasn't happy with how I looked. I went in to the personal training with some skepticism but that went away very quickly after a few sessions. First and foremost, the workouts were never boring or dull. They changed each time I went, which let me hit all of my muscle groups. I think one time, I even had to push Rap across the gym floor on a sled! He has a process, and I followed it to a T. First, we worked on my posture with corrective exercises and stretching. Then we worked on balance. After that was done, we worked on strength and agility. I can say that he provided me with a great foundation for working out after leaving. I am now working out 3-4 times a week, and using a lot of the exercises and tips that Rap taught me. You won't be disappointed, give him a try!"
