PERSONAL / GROUP TRAINING

Whether you choose to train 1 on 1 privately or with a small group, your trainer’s goal is to give you a training program with the highest level of customization! We customize your program based on your postural and movement assessments, muscle imbalances, specific goals, individual fitness level, and medical/injury history. Even with a small group, you will still get a completely customized workout!

GOLF FITNESS

In your Golf Fitness program, your trainer will put emphasis on improving your posture, balance, coordination and overall body mechanics and control. The other major facets to your golf training program will be improving your core stability and strength, as well as glute activation and strength to support your spine. On top of injury prevention, we will work on golf performance by achieving optimal flexibility and range of motion for your back swing. This on top of a stable/sturdy core applied to the kinematic sequence of your down swing will also help you get more distance! Click the button below to see more details and get started!
